Mont Ambassador Jade Hameister

On the evening of 10th of January 2018, after 37 days hard slog, Mont Ambassador Jade Hameister completed the final piece in her Polar Hat-Trick: skiing from the Antarctic coast to the South Pole via the Kansas Glacier unsupported and unassisted.

In doing so Jade, aged approximately 16 and 7 months, set several significant records:

• The youngest person to ski coast to South Pole (unsupported and unassisted).
• The first woman to set a new route from the coast to the South Pole.
• The first Australian woman to ski coast to South Pole (unsupported and unassisted).
• The youngest person to ski to both Poles.
• The youngest person to complete the Polar Hat Trick.
• And part of the first all-Australian team to set a new route from the coast to the South Pole.

Jade hopes to empower young women around the world to chase their dreams.
