For hiking footwear, there’s no better place to start your search than with Mont Adventure Equipment. Based right here in Australia’s capital, we’ve been involved in all things outdoor adventure since our birth in the early 80s.
Our range of hiking footwear includes both hiking shoes and hiking boots, allowing you to choose the shoe that is best suited to your desired use and preferences. We provide hiking footwear from a range of brands including La Sportiva, Asolo, Altra, Lowa, ON, Scarpa and much more!
Our range of hiking boots are perfect if you need a little extra ankle support, which can be extremely helpful in rougher terrain or if you are walking in hilly conditions. Although this isn’t a hard and fast rule, boots are often more waterproof due to their larger size and coverage.
Our hiking shoes are best for those that prefer a lighter weight of footwear. Their typically lighter construction means they will dry quicker (which is, of course, very helpful after water crossings) and can be a bit more breathable to keep you cool during long days walking.
