The Scarpa SL Active is a sturdy leather bushwalking boot for rough tracks, multiway walks & the utmost in durability and support. Designed to last for hundreds of kilometres on rough tracks, the SL Active is the heavy duty end of Scarpa's Technical walking range.
The 2.8mm Sherpa Leather that makes up the SL Active upper is cut in a single piece for added durability & water resistance. Impregnated with HS12 wax during the tanning process, the leather upper of the SL Active is super burly & remains breathable while also shedding water & mud.
The Cocona 37.5 lining aids breathability and temperature control of the foot. With no reliance on a waterproof membrane, the SL Active will provide many kilometres of dry, comfortable trekking with a little care and treatment along the way.
The Vibram Biometric Sole on the SL Active has deep lugs for the best performance on slippery terrain, and the rubber softness is balanced for grip & durability.
