The DMM Mantis/Shadow HMS Set is a lightweight belay device and carabiner set up for sport and trad climbers after low weight and simplicity. The DMM Mantis is ultralight at just 45 grams and features two grooves for use with single, half, and twin ropes. The Shadow HMS is a large yet lightweight HMS carabiner that can hold up to three clove hitches. The DMM Mantis/Shadow HMS Set will suit any climber looking for one device to use across all their disciplines.

Features

Hot-forging and CNC technology is used to shape the internal structure of the device to give greater control over a wide range of ropes. This is especially evident when using modern, small diameter ropes.
In its standard orientation, this device gives confident control over a wide variety of rope diameters. It can also be flipped 180° for smooth abseiling on thick or low stretch ropes.
